Coloni team congratulates its former driver Raghunathan, who arrived in F.1 with a test on Alfa Romeo
Congratulations to Mahaveer Raghunathan. So another driver who raced for the colors of the Coloni team landed in F.1. The 22-year-old Indian from Chennay recently tested the 2019 Alfa Romeo C38 with a Ferrari engine at the Hungaroring, covering 71 laps. Raghunathan, with the assistance of the Coloni team, in just two seasons in 2016 competed in Auto GP (second in the championship) and in 2017 in Boss GP (champion of Formula Class). The Indian then moved up to F.2 in 2019 and in view of a possible return to the category, Mahaveer trained in a private test at the wheel of the 2019 F1 Alfa Romeo. For Enzo and Paolo Coloni again the great satisfaction of having helped to bring their young ex-driver to the top car category. Although, for now, only for an exclusive test. Team Coloni thanks all those who have contributed to making this possible: the dream of every driver.
